Phil Pepper loves and enjoys his place where he has ruled for the past quarter century. Hailing from California, and having spiraled through numerous vocations and avocations, even as a Jazz Player with Pete Fountain and other well-knowns, Pepper will roll up in his chair to greet his customers with a broad smile and beguile them with an engaging story fitting to the moment.

The Menu is mostly seafood and hamburgers --- but delectable and delicious. It is not at all strange that this transplanted Californian introduced the Coast's only "Steamed Crabs" --- dusted with Cayenne Pepper.
